Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of fishmeal processing equipment to ensure efficient production.
Monitor product quality with moisture, protein, and quality checks; adjust equipment as needed.
Lead and supervise shift employees, assign tasks, and manage schedules.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and arrange repairs to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and health and safety standards.
Maintain production records, monitor inventory levels, and prepare shift reports.
