Job summary

High Scale, a fast-growing data-driven agency, is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will be among the first candidates' touchpoints. You will assess soft skills, verify qualifications, and help ensure a positive and professional experience from the first conversation.

You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate communication, coordinate with hiring managers, and help improve recruiting processes while growing within Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent English communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations while staying organized and professional.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone and video screening interviews with applicants.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience as the first point of contact.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and maintain records in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and recruitment workflow.
