Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Management, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A master's degree is an advantage.
• Relevant management experience in an educational institution or experience in sales or business development within a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage operational performance.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of education industry practices and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Results-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase student enrollment, grow revenue, establish partnerships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee lecturer recruitment and development while supporting quality academic delivery.
• Manage daily operations, budgets, facilities, and resources to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees; monitor performance; and promote engagement and accountability.
• Oversee marketing campaigns to strengthen campus visibility and attract prospective students.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable education regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate campus performance, analyze market trends, and implement improvements to achieve organizational goals.
