AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (School Director) to lead operations in General Santos City, South Cotabato.

This full-time role blends sales leadership with educational management, overseeing student recruitment, enrolment, academic standards and campus operations. You will drive growth through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns and efficient resource planning, while mentoring local staff and delivering excellent student outcomes in a fast-paced learning

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership, business development or school management.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving enrolment targets.
• Strong understanding of the education market in the Philippines, Mindanao region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrolment targets and revenue goals for the General Santos City campus.
• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations including staff supervision, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Foster relationships with prospective students, parents and stakeholders to build trust.
• Monitor enrolment data, market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with academic standards, quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with corporate office to refine programs meeting market demands.
• Lead and mentor the local team to deliver excellent customer service and educational outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, operations metrics and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Identify partnerships with local organizations and employers to enhance reputation and reach.
