Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales team coordination, leadership, or supervision.
• Familiarity with school operations or training centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Center for Professional Development (CPD), overseeing sales, program development, and daily operations.
• Achieve revenue targets for specialist courses and corporate training programs.
• Develop and launch industry-relevant training programs.
• Identify strategic partnerships with corporate clients and industry organizations.
• Oversee class management, enrollment performance, and program delivery.
• Monitor program profitability, enrollment conversion, participant satisfaction, and overall business performance.
• Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
