The role involves developing new business opportunities in both education and corporate sectors. You will collaborate with Academic Affairs, Corporate Operations, Marketing, and GHQ to implement initiatives and monitor performance, aiming to expand market presence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or corporate training.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing principles and current market trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, partners, and different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollment, revenue, and market presence.
• Develop business proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and professional networks.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for SHS, HE, and ICL programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor sales and marketing performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in pricing strategies, deal structuring, and proposal negotiations, subject to management approval.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Corporate Operations, Marketing, and GHQ to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
