Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join the Campaign Management team within the International Business unit. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery of purchased campaigns across Meta, TikTok, newsletters, and direct email marketing, ensuring on-time execution and accuracy.

This role emphasizes organization, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting; experience with HubSpot is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of campaigns and products across channels (Meta, TikTok, listings, newsletters, direct email).
• Manage workflows and ticketing processes within HubSpot.
• Review incoming deals for accuracy, approval, and processing.
• Coordinate with CSMs, Ad Ops, Product, and Commercial teams for timely execution.
• Track timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate content collection and asset coordination for client products.
• Review submitted content and escalate when needed.
• Provide reporting, metrics, and delivery updates.
• Serve as operational link across internal teams for smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.
