Job summary

HSBC Philippines seeks an experienced Campaigns Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Premier/Wealth and International campaigns. You will partner with Marketing, Data Science, and Strategy teams to design dashboards, implement BI solutions, and drive campaign performance across multiple channels.

The role requires strong programming and analytics skills, plus hands-on experience with Looker/QlikSense, BigQuery, and RPA. You will own KPI tracking and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data, reporting, campaign management and analytics.
• Proven CRM experience and ability to influence decisions.
• Strong programming and analytics skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Campaign Analytics to implement Premier/Wealth and International campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and BI solutions to monitor performance across channels.
• Design propensity & lookalike models; conduct Test & Learn/AB testing.
• Automate reporting and notifications to stakeholders; ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data privacy policies.
