We are a US wholesale supplier that sells only to licensed medical clinics (med spas, wellness, IV and longevity practices). We are opening our first outbound call floor at Cebu IT Park and are hiring the founding Call Center Manager.

What you'll do:

• Recruit, hire, train and coach a new outbound team calling US clinics
• Build our appointment-setting process and help choose and roll out our CRM
• Listen to and score calls, run daily coaching, and hold agents to standards
• Track daily dials, conversations and qualified appointments and report to US management
• Make outbound calls yourself during ramp-up

What we need:

• Must live in Cebu and work on-site at IT Park, night shift (US hours)
• Proven experience leading outbound sales or appointment-setting teams
• B2B sales experience; US accounts strongly preferred, US clinics or medical practices a plus
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
• Excellent spoken English
• Comfortable building a team from scratch

Pay: PHP 60,000 monthly base plus commission per qualified appointment and bonuses on first orders from your team. Base increases as the team grows.
