Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a Call Center Agent for a permanent work-from-home setup in the Philippines. You will handle outbound surveys, lead gen, and event invites, as well as inbound calls to resolve queries and close sales.

• Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature.
• Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of at least 30 Mbps.
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord.
