Job summary

Linkservesolutions is hiring a Call Center Agent for on-site Batangas City, with the option for hybrid work. Responsibilities include outbound surveying, inbound support, data entry into CRM, and email responses.

A base salary plus incentives is offered, with potential for regularization and growth in a long-term role. The role requires excellent English, a minimum 40 WPM typing speed, and the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

• Meet service level agreements set forth
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary package structure:

Guaranteed Monthly Income: At least PHP 15,000
