Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations and/or sales.
• Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
• Data entry to update CRM software.
• Respond to emails.
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Meet service level agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
