Job Description

The successful candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
