Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Call Center Agent to join a passionate team in Batangas City. The role offers on-site or hybrid work with US and Canadian clients, focusing on outbound and inbound calls and data entry work.

The ideal candidate has excellent English, can type 40 WPM, and adapts to different personalities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with base salary and incentives based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations and/or sales.
• Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales.
• Enter data into CRM software and update customer records.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Meet service level agreements and targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Package Structure

Guaranteed Monthly Income: PHP 15,000
