Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Part-time Call Center Agent in Batangas City with hybrid or on-site work options. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, update CRM, respond to emails, and create basic reports while meeting SLAs.

No prior BPO experience is required; students, homemakers, and part-time job seekers are welcome. The schedule offers approx. 4 hours per day with potential for regularization and growth, serving US and CA clients.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
