Job summary

ConnectUs Marketing Solutions Inc. is hiring a Call Center Agent to work on-site or hybrid in Batangas City. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, update CRM data, respond to emails, and generate reports using MS Office and Google Drive.

Strong English communication, a 40 WPM typing speed, and the ability to work under pressure are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a full-time, long-term position with incentives and benefits.

• Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software.


• Respond to emails.

• Meet service level agreements set forth.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
