Responsibilities

• High-Volume Call Handling: Handle high daily volumes of inbound calls and make 100–200 outbound calls for promotions, missed calls, and lead follow-ups.
• Appointment Booking: Efficiently schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan while keeping call times to a 2–5 minute target.
• Lead Conversion: Respond rapidly to inquiries from multiple channels (e.g., Yelp, Angi) and follow call scripts to guide prospects toward booking.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately document all call details, customer notes, and booking information in the CRM.
• Message Routing: Promptly route specialized customer requests and messages to appropriate internal team members.

The ideal candidate is direct, fast-paced, and driven by performance metrics, with a strong ability to control conversations and move customers toward booking within minutes.

• Critical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to control conversations under pressure.
• Experience: Proven track record in high-volume call handling, sales, or appointment booking roles.
• Technical Equipment & Workspace (Mandatory):
• A quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal to no background noise.
• A noise-canceling headset or noise-canceling software (e.g., Krisp).
• A reliable backup internet connection and backup power source.
• High-speed internet (at least 100 Mbps).
• Adaptability: Tech-savvy, comfortable working on camera during training, and open to continuous feedback and schedule shifts.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous hands-on experience using ServiceTitan or similar home services CRMs.
• Background in residential home services, plumbing, septic, or field service industries.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
