Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Taguig (Work Location: BGC) is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee daily café activities, resolve customer issues, and elevate complex concerns. You will schedule, train, coach staff, monitor inventory, ensure food safety, and support promotions and events while delivering excellent service.

The role requires a degree in Hospitality or related field and at least 2–4 years in café or F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of café or F&B operations experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic barista/coffee and food preparation skills.
• Knowledgeable in product offerings and upselling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, resolve customer/service issues, and elevate complex concerns.
• Schedule, assign, supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Monitor inventory, manage requisitions and supplies, ensure timely restocking, and minimize waste.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, workplace safety, and proper storage standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, address feedback and complaints, and support promotions and events.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions, payment processing, sales records, and proper handling of café supplies.
• Monitor budgets and expenses, manage controllable costs, and prepare/analyze sales and campaign reports.
• Analyze sales performance, forecast sales, and monitor market trends to support business decisions.
• Provide regular updates to project managers on store performance, campaigns, initiatives, and operational concerns.
