Job summary

CAFE IBARRA in Baliuag, Bulacan is seeking a Café Head to lead daily café operations, staff supervision, and menu development. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in café management, strong leadership, and expertise in cost control and customer service. A hospitality certification is preferred, and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in café or food service management
Experience with POS systems and café operations
Certification in hospitality is preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing, inventory, and quality control
Manage and supervise café staff: recruitment, training, scheduling, performance
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and local health code compliance
Control costs: budgets, waste reduction, supplier relations, pricing
Develop and implement café menus considering seasonal offerings
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction through staff training
Handle customer complaints professionally and implement improvements
Maintain equipment and facilities, coordinate repairs
Coordinate with other departments to integrate café services with events
Track sales performance and identify revenue growth opportunities
