Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Store Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control and achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Filipino and Mandarin are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Lead, train, and manage café staff to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of premises and equipment.
• Create and implement promotions to drive traffic and sales.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory levels.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
• Report KPIs and operational metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
