Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communications skills.
• Experience in merchandising and people management.
• Preferably supervisor-level with 5+ years in sales - retail.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing assignments to HQ.
• Follow SOP and other guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
