Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to identify and source qualified cabinetry project leads, build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers, and drive opportunities from lead to quotation.

You will maintain an active pipeline, engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and coordinate with Sales and Technical Teams to prepare quotations and proposals.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car.
• Experience in lead generation, client engagement, business development, or sales within construction, cabinetry, interior design, or related industry.

Aufgaben

• Identify, research, and source qualified leads for cabinetry projects.
• Generate new business opportunities via online platforms, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on project requirements, budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and potential.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prospect information.
• Engage clients through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
• Establish strong client relationships by understanding needs and expectations.
• Convert qualified leads into quotation requests and client appointments.
• Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate from endorsed qualified leads to quotations/appointments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical Teams for quotations and proposals.
• Monitor and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status and engagements.
• Work Set Up: 100% Onsite; Work Schedule: Regular Shift.
