Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in the Philippines is seeking a Software Dev Engineer to design, implement, and optimize high‑performance networking software in C/C++. This hybrid role requires about two days per week in an HPE office to collaborate with the EVO Infrastructure team.

You will tackle distributed applications, core infrastructure, and integrate Generative AI Agents into automated workflows while ensuring low latency, high throughput, and system resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 6–9 years' software development in C/C++.
• Experience building networking software and low-latency systems.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and shell utilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, qualify and maintain networking software.
• Evaluate inefficiencies, propose designs to improve performance.
• Innovate to scale software and apply data-driven analysis.
