HCL Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking software engineers to join HCLSoftware. You will develop UI and back-end solutions, work on AI algorithms, data analysis, and robust, scalable code from design to release.

Hybrid work arrangement with onsite needs at Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Shift options include mid or night schedules, with opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Competencies in data structures, algorithms, or API design.
• Familiarity with databases, security, APIs and SDLC.
• Programming in C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript/Typescript or Rust.
• Knowledge of arrays, linked lists, shortest path, search algorithms and bit manipulation.
• Ability to design scalable systems and API design, hashing, sorting and DP.
• Understanding of load balancing, CDNs, data sharding, redundancy and replication.
• Experience automating and scaling web or mobile back-ends.
• Mobile app development knowledge (iOS/Android) and sensing technologies.
• Willingness to learn other languages; write clean code across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces with latest front-end and back-end tech.
• Work on algorithms, generative AI, data analysis, Python scripting.
• Develop secure, robust, non-vulnerable code.
• Collect requirements and design system features.
• Ensure sprint timelines are met and coordinate progress with team.
• Support changes and engage with internal development teams.
