Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Mist Assurance in a hybrid role requiring average 2 days per week in the office. You will join the HPE Networking team to troubleshoot enterprise networks, analyze logs, and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with interest in networking.
• Foundational networking and troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer issues with focus on positive experience.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and action plans.
• Meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
• Reproduce issues in test environments when required.
• Analyze logs to identify known issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for complex resolutions.
• Maintain and update knowledge base for faster resolutions.
