Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Network Engineer to manage hybrid work setups, based in Manila. The role covers on-site days at Eton Centris, Quezon City, with remaining days potentially WFH.

The candidate will drive complex Data Centre network infra projects, including migration efforts and security-focused networking. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, deep expertise in Routing & Switching, firewalls, and Cisco technologies, plus familiarity with NSX and DFW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years practical experience in Data Centre Network Infra and migration projects.
• Expertise in Routing & Switching, Catalyst, Nexus with 5+ years at expert level.
• Hands-on with VMware NSX & DFW (1-2 years).
• Experience with DNS and SDWAN concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute assigned network delivery projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, bank personnel, and stakeholders for network delivery.
• Ensure compliance with bank standards, processes, and controls.
• Document, transfer knowledge, and handover to operations.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination skills.
