Job summary

• Use skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools and machines.
• Prepare meat into a variety of cuts, debone, tie, and trim for customers.
• Educate and suggest to customers different selections of poultry, pork, beef and fish.
• Maintain product quality, reducing waste and loss of profits.
• Observe cleanliness and adherence to food safety guidelines.
