Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for assigned units, including onboarding and ongoing skills development.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions related to operations, products, systems, policies, and processes.
• Support development and roll-out of learning courses based on market research and frontline practices.
• Identify performance gaps and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Complete training-related tasks such as research, translation, and ad hoc projects.

Job Summary

• The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that strengthen the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees across assigned operational units.
• The role also identifies performance and capability gaps, develops practical learning solutions based on business needs and industry best practices, and supports the continuous improvement of frontline operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new hire onboarding, ongoing skills enhancement, and other trainings as agreed.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to identified employees related to operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and related system operations
• Support the development and/or develop learning courses in taking into consideration market research for best practices, and current frontline work practices.
• Actively identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective solutions to improve performance.
• Complete training-related tasks assigned by the company or senior management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 1-2 years of training or learning and development experience - training design and facilitation.
• Strong logical thinking, learning, and ability to grasp new knowledge and company operations rapidly.
• Strong communication and writing skills, and willingness to share knowledge.
• Conversational level English proficiency required.
• Able to work onsite and align training schedules with business operation hours.
• Financial services or fintech industry experience preferred.
