Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in analyst roles, hands-on UAT, training, and change management, and a degree in business or information systems. Night shift onsite experience is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years as a business or systems analyst on data/analytics initiatives.
• Experience with requirements, UAT, training, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future workflows and requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and metric logic.
• Track assumptions, decisions, dependencies and UAT sign-off.
• Lead testing, training and change management.
• Maintain shared delivery documentation.
