Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Application Developer Specialist in the Philippines to lead in-house application development and enhancements. You will analyze requirements, design systems, and coordinate with analysts and users to deliver robust software solutions.

You will also provide technical support, assist in deployment and post-implementation activities, document designs, and mentor junior developers, contributing to knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience developing in-house applications and coordinating requirements.
• Proficient in unit testing and debugging to ensure correct results.
• Provides technical support and collaborates with analysts, PMs and users.
• Prepares deployment plans and assists in migration to environments.
• Produces user manuals and technical documentation for developed programs.
• Mentors other developers and contributes to knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Develops or enhances programs based on business requirements.
• Performs unit testing and fixes defects, supports QA/UAT.
• Provides technical support during implementation and post-implementation.
• Prepares scripts and configurations for deployment to authorized environments.
• Creates documentation and user guides for all programs.
• Collaborates with DSG units to ensure system design alignment.
• Offers 24/7 production support for deployed apps.
