Qualifications

10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
5+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Accounting sectors.
Strong Agile and Waterfall experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
UAT and QA coordination experience.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
Manage and refine product backlogs in Agile environments.
Coordinate UAT, testing activities, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and vendors on solution delivery.
