Job summary

Qualifications

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in business or systems analysis.
Proven background in project management methodologies and stakeholder management.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solution designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a portfolio of documentation.
Familiarity with workflow mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.
Support project workflows and align business goals with technical execution.
Partner with development teams to design scalable end-to-end systems.
Produce high-quality functional specifications, technical specs, and process maps.
Act as liaison between business units and engineering teams to manage expectations.
