Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced QA/Test Analyst to drive testing activities across functional and non-functional areas. You will design test scenarios, execute automated tests, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with developers and product teams, and contribute to test design with user perspective. Strong communication and a solid grasp of the testing lifecycle are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs experience in either Functional or Technical Testing
• 5 yrs experience using Testing Tools - Playwright or Postman
• Responsible for completing test activities within budget and schedule
• Provide user perspective during test design and validate functionalities/non-functional requirements in scope
• Well-versed in the Testing Lifecycle
• Experience using different Test Design techniques (Functional or Non-Functional)
• Good communication both oral and written to collaborate with counterparts
• Firm and objective during test execution and defect root cause review to ensure test processes are followed
• Detail oriented and able to translate business requirements to Test Scenarios/Cases
• Experience executing Automated Test Cases
• Experience using Test Management tools
• Experience mentoring junior test analysts or peers
