Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, map data, and support solution design, integrations, and testing across CRM, billing, and order management platforms. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer experiences and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business.
• 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, solutions delivery, or related roles.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design support, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data mapping, and business process workflows.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and solutions.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design, system integrations, and data migration activities.
• Define and manage requirements for CRM, billing, customer management, order management, reporting, and related platforms.
• Partner with architecture, development, and vendor teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test scenario creation, defect analysis, and release readiness assessments.
• Assist in cutover planning, go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and gaps, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Prepare project updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in business transformation, solutions delivery, systems implementation, business analysis, or related roles

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design support, and stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data mapping, and business process workflows.

• Experience supporting testing, implementation, and deployment activities.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem
