2. Design technology solutions that align with the organization's transformation objectives and broader business goals.
3. Develop technology roadmap to support business transformation efforts.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring technology solutions support both current transformation initiatives and future scalability.
5. Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with transformation strategies.
6. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet requirements for scalability, security, and reliability during and after transformation phases.
7. Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's transformation journey.
8. Provide guidance to technical teams, supporting the development and implementation of transformation-driven technology solutions.
9. Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.

Position Specifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
2. 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field
