You will collaborate with management, clients, and Account Managers to understand objectives, capture requirements, and document specifications and project scope. You’ll work with technical teams and vendors, identify opportunities, support solution adoption, and help measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any IT-related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management are an advantage.

• Collaborate with management, clients, and Account Managers to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and strategic objectives.
• Conduct research and gather information through client interviews and stakeholder consultations to identify business needs and pain points.
• Develop and document business cases, solution proposals, scope statements, functional specifications, and related project requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and Account Managers to design and recommend solutions that align with the client's vision, goals, and budget.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of business proposals and strategic initiatives.
• Provide recommendations, training, guidance, and ongoing support to clients, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Billing and Administrative Support

• Process client billing requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and endorse vendor payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain all required billing and payment documentation.
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records, reports, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing and financial reporting.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer concerns efficiently.
