RCBC is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to support the Business Center's growth by acquiring new accounts and cross-selling YGC products in Manila. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and develop effective daily and monthly sales plans.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and credit evaluation within a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related program.
• Ability to work well in a sales and banking environment and adapt to surroundings.
• Adept in strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Knowledgeable about bank products and services.
