Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate for the Vigan Business Center to support the branch's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross‑selling of YGC products.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products. A Bachelor’s degree and solid knowledge of banking policies are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Experience in sales and banking environment.
• Strong leadership capability.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience in credit evaluation and banking policies.
