Job summary

RCBC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives at the Las Piñas-Pamplona branch. The role focuses on acquiring accounts, cross-selling YGC products, and helping meet sales targets.

You will assist the Branch Manager, prepare sales call plans and reports, and develop activities to market retail banking products, leveraging your knowledge of banking policies and risk controls to ensure compliant, effective sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment and apply learned tools in leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
