Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Officer to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned in Capas, Tarlac and to work in a sales-driven banking environment.

You will assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment, adaptable and apply learnings as leadership tools.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program.
