RCBC is seeking a Sales Officer in Boac, Philippines, to help achieve branch volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned to Boac and a strong sales mindset within a banking environment.

You will assist the Branch Manager in hitting sales targets and will develop monthly/daily call plans, ensuring proper recording of actions. Strong knowledge of strategic planning, risk controls, and credit evaluation is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales and banking environment experience.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures.
