Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a Branch Sales Support professional to help achieve volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role is based in Baler, Aurora, with responsibilities to plan and report on sales activity.

You will assist the Branch Manager in meeting sales goals, develop banking product sales activities, and work effectively in a sales-driven banking environment while applying strategic planning and risk controls.

• Knowledge of risk management controls

• At least a 4 year graduate with a degree in any business related program.

• Working knowledge in credit evaluation, analysis, techniques/methods, banking policies and procedures, and knowledgeable with bank products and services.
