Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the Business Center's volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross-selling YGC products. This role is based in Balanga, Bataan, with assignment to the Balanga, Bataan Branch.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager to meet sales goals, develop plans, and execute effective activities that promote retail banking products while maintaining compliance with banking policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a business-related field.
• Ability to work in a sales and banking environment with leadership application.
• Strong strategic planning and management skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies.

Responsibilities
