Job summary

InLife Benefits PH in Makati is seeking an experienced account manager to drive sales across all channels and nurture client relationships.

You will prepare proposals, monitor renewals, and deliver timely reports while adhering to SLA commitments and regulatory requirements. A business degree and 3+ years in account management within the same industry are preferred; strong compliance and ethical standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities with all sales channels to meet strategies and objectives.
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills.
• Convert prospects into clients through calls and basic presentations.
• Monitor renewal and expansion business proposals.
• Maintain renewal business accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Generate premium production targets.
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by internal and external clients.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through high-quality service.
