Job summary

InLife Benefits PH is seeking a business development professional to drive sales across all channels and convert prospects into clients through calls and presentations. The role includes preparing sales proposals, following up with leads, and expanding business accounts.

You will collaborate with Group Operations and other support units to ensure client needs are met, while adhering to SLAs and delivering quality service across the organization.

Qualifications

• University graduate in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development in the same industry.
• Adheres to ethics, professionalism, and regulatory laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities across all channels to meet sales strategies and objectives.
• Convert prospects into clients through sales calls and basic presentations.
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills and expand business accounts.
• Provide efficient client services by collaborating with Group Operations and other support units.
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with other areas in the company to deliver required services.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through quality service.

• Convert prospects into clients through sales calls including basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills
• Expansion business account solicitation
• Provide efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by both internal and external clients
• Coordinate with other areas in the company to deliver on the services required
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through delivery of quality service

About you

• University graduate with a degree preferably in any business-related course
• At least three (3) years' experience as business development in the same industry.
• Conduct oneself in accordance with InLife Benefits' standards of ethics and professionalism
• Compliance with regulatory bodies' laws and regulations
• Compliance with the company's policies and procedures
• Conformance with the company's Ethical Code.
