About the role
Alberto Shoes Corporation is seeking a Business Process Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our retail operations and enhancing business efficiency across our organization. As a Business Process Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining workflows, and implementing solutions that drive productivity and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact how our retail teams operate and serve our customers.
What you'll be doing
Business Process Management
- Develop, document, review, and update business processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to gather, validate, and improve process documentation.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed, approved, and communicated before implementation.
- Maintain an effective document control system, including document revisions, version control, and record retention.
Compliance and Process Improvement
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards through regular process reviews and internal audits.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and non-compliance issues, and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and standardization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting best practices and process optimization across departments.
Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate with managers and department heads regarding policy updates, process enhancements, and documentation requirements.
- Provide guidance on the interpretation and implementation of company policies and SOPs.
- Assist in conducting process orientation sessions, policy awareness programs, and employee training.
- Prepare reports related to compliance, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE) is required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or academic project experience in process improvement, documentation, or quality management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of business process mapping, SOP development, document control, and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Visio or other process mapping tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
