Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to identify opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process changes across the organization.

The role involves data gathering, benchmarking, documentation of process information, and ensuring sign-offs. Candidate should have Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt and 1–2 years of related experience, with willingness to work in Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certificate holder is required.
• Willingness to be assigned to Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process walkthroughs with process owners to identify improvement opportunities.
• Walkthroughs cover data gathering and analysis, benchmarking, coordinating with stakeholders, and designing process information through proper documentations.
• Identify, impact assess, and align process changes with stakeholders, securing proper sign offs.
• Develop, facilitate, and participate where appropriate in business process testing prior to roll-out.
• Drive the delivery of process changes, including training and rollout, monitoring of compliance, and evaluating performance results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of related experience
• Knowledge in MS Office application (More on Visio and Excel – Pivot, Basic formula) and basic concepts of business process
• Exposure to or interest in Project Management and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
• Must be a Lean Six Sigma Green/Yellow Belt certificate holder
• Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City
