Qualifications

• Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve workflows and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines.
• Manage process improvement projects from planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align processes, and drive successful execution.
• Facilitate process reviews, workshops, and improvement discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective adoption of improved processes.
