The Moment Group seeks a Business Excellence Manager to drive performance improvements and optimize processes across the organization. You will analyze operational data, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. A Bachelor's degree is required with 6–8 years of experience in business excellence or related fields.
The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business performance, optimizing processes, and designing solutions that drive measurable results across the organization.
This role partners closely with business leaders to analyze operational data, uncover root causes of performance challenges, and translate insights into practical process improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and stakeholder communication to drive sustainable improvements across The Moment Group.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence across the organization.
Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Analyze business data, processes, and workflows to uncover inefficiencies, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, root causes, and business performance drivers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Conduct business reviews and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Translate business insights into practical and measurable improvement initiatives.
Lead process assessments and current-state analysis to understand how work is performed across different functions.
Identify root causes of operational issues using structured problem-solving and process improvement methodologies.
Design future-state processes, performance measures, and control mechanisms.
Apply process improvement tools and methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and refine improvement solutions.
Ensure that proposed solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Establish performance baselines, KPIs, and success metrics for improvement initiatives.
Track and analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of implemented initiatives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and recommend further improvements where needed.
Maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate business performance and improvement results.
Use data and statistical analysis to validate whether process changes are delivering sustainable results.
Promote the use of continuous improvement practices across teams and functions.
Maintain accurate process documentation, standards, and operating procedures.
Conduct periodic process reviews to ensure processes remain effective, efficient, and consistently followed.
Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processes across functions and brands.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven problem-solving across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to understand operational challenges and improvement needs.
Communicate complex data, analysis, and process improvement recommendations in a clear and practical manner.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and influence teams toward the adoption of improvement initiatives.
Build strong working relationships across different levels of the organization to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, operational excellence, quality management, business analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, process assessment, and solution design.
Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Strong understanding of process mapping, KPI development, performance measurement, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to apply process improvement methodologies to actual business or operational challenges and deliver measurable results.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data and complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred, with Six Sigma Black Belt certification considered a strong advantage.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and business intelligence/reporting tools is an advantage.
Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, or multi-brand consumer businesses is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
