Responsibilities

  • Identify deviations or challenges in process execution and report them to supervisors.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance; identify trends and anomalies.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements based on analysis.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of processes.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address process-related inquiries and issues.
  • Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

About the role

The Business Process Associate supports the optimization and execution of various business processes within the organization. You will report directly to the Sales Control and Business Process Head and work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze workflows, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and help achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day business processes according to established guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Document process steps, workflows, and procedures accurately for reference and training
  • Identify deviations or challenges in process execution and report them to supervisors
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance, identifying trends and anomalies
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements based on your analysis
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of processes
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address process-related inquiries and issues
  • Help identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement

About you
